Your reservation has been made and the villa is booked. As far as I understood you're going to sort out the payment with Toan. We'll need your flight details, if you've got them, so far. Exact date and time of arrival and departure.

Regarding the rent-a-car, you could use the web site of one of our partners - http://www.carrentalsbulgaria.com/. Just let us know what model you prefer and we'll make the reservation for you. Also, we need to know whether or not you'd like the car waiting you at the airport or at the villa.

You should know also, that we are providing you with the following services as well:

- Preparing the property (cleaning, laundry, etc.)

- Driving the guests to and from the airport, to the holiday villa or apartment

- Provisions of laundered linen and fresh towels

- Guest registration with the local police

- Free information packs - 24 hour emergency phone line and assistance

- Car hire booking service, Excursions, Insurance and translation services

- We can provide you with any type of communication (GSM, internet, etc.)

- If you need a taxi, feel free to contact us and use one of our experienced and English speaking taxi drivers

- Welcome package (only if requested)

Note that, we take security deposit of 200GBP/(600BGN Bulgarian) from the guest in case of any damage of the property.
